Calculations, predictions, summaries, recommendations, parent guidance, future-readiness signals, alerts, and suggested actions may be generated or assisted by AI. They may be incomplete, outdated, misinterpreted, or inaccurate if the available data is limited, incorrect, biased, delayed, or missing important context.
Educators and experts have the final say
Teachers, counsellors, principals, safeguarding teams, qualified experts, and authorized school personnel should review the platform output before acting on it. Their professional judgement, school policy, and direct knowledge of the student must take priority.
Data quality affects every result
Outputs depend on the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of information entered, imported, uploaded, or maintained by the institution. Missing or incorrect data can lead to unsuitable guidance.
Use within school policy
Schools and trusts should use Pedagogy Suite in line with their academic processes, counselling workflows, escalation rules, consent practices, safeguarding responsibilities, parent communication protocols, and applicable laws or policies.
